We believe that the wellbeing of disadvantaged people is our responsibility. Therefore, we implement important reforms to support the service system for vulnerable and disadvantaged members of the community.

RSC provides a network of place based, community development, early intervention and prevention programs tailored to meet the needs of the local community.

We also partner closely with local governments to create a master plan for community growth, determine where more help is required, finance community initiatives and discuss ways to develop the community sustainably over time.
