The RCS Innovative Community Participation program is intended to promote the creation of skills for NDIS participants who actively engage in their community.

The program includes highly trained professionals that follow a capacity-building, community-based approach to help participants expand their opportunities for involvement by engaging with participants in their local community to increase the probability of acceptance and successful transition to support and/or jobs,

The goal is to empower individuals to act self-reliantly and make an important contribution to the community. We make every effort to make them feel motivated, energetic, empowered, and equal members of society.
